Requirements

• Proven experience in telephone sales
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Full-time availability for a remote position
• Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Promote our products and services using a prepared script. Able to adjust pitch spontaneously if the situation demands it
• Engage with prospective and current customers to answer questions and address concerns
• Maintain customer files with utmost accuracy in our database
• Uphold Spines’ high standards in customer service
• Suggest changes that could enhance efficiency or decrease costs
