Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, preferably within a digital advertising agency or media company. Mobile in-app experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including mobile, display, video, social media, and programmatic advertising
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with researching facts, insights and valuable data using online resources and tools like ComScore to support business cases and drive revenue
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Team: work closely with the sales team to understand client goals and create tailored media plans that align with their objectives
  • Develop Strategic Insights: Use industry research, audience data, and market trends to create compelling ‘value’ propositions that support sales outreach to target accounts
  • Identify New Opportunities: leverage research tools to identify potential new categories or clients for prospecting by the sales team
  • Create Proposals & Presentations: Develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our digital advertising solutions to clients
  • Be an expert in Research Platforms such as Resonate, Comscore, and eMarketer to help create custom insights
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with ad operations, marketing, and creative teams, to help develop new ideas and strategies that meet client needs
  • Manage RFP Process: Oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal submission process, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
  • Manage Lead Generation Partnerships: Manage and take an active role in lead generation
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging trends in digital media to ensure a competitive edge in the market
