Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a sales recruiter
• Experience working for an enterprise level company
• Experience recruiting for: Account Executives and Business Development Managers
• Live in PST or MST time zone

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for go-to-market roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Account Executive and Business Development Manager positions using various recruitment channels and tools
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume review, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
