Requirements
- 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
- Experience working at agency and in-house
- Experience working for a start-up or well known tech company
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales
- Familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses
- Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools
- Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles
