  • Familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses
  • Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools
  • Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles
