Summary

Join BeatBox Beverages as a Sales Execution Manager and drive sales of BeatBox Party Punch through distributor partners. You will be responsible for executing national, regional, and local chain programming, managing resources and budgets, and identifying sales opportunities. Strong relationships with distributors and retail accounts are crucial. This role requires effective communication, data analysis, and sales strategy development. Requirements

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior
  • Relationship Building : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, collaborating across departments
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the beverage industry, including market trends and competitor products
  • Data Analysis: Using data and analytics to evaluate sales performance, identify improvement areas, and make informed decisions
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, presenting sales reports to senior management
  • Adaptability: Being flexible to changes in market conditions, and company priorities, and adjusting sales strategies based on feedback and metrics
  • Must live within the Primary assigned Sales Territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adopt company software applications
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Responsibilities

  • Garner and maintain strong relationships with distributors, targeted retail accounts, and retail chain customers
  • Drive distribution, display execution, and merchandising standards
  • Ensure distributors have all necessary tools (POCM, Sales sheets, programming info, etc.) to execute in the marketplace
  • Execute retail chain programming
  • Effectively manage resources and budgets and keep territory sales growth in line with company revenue goals
  • Identify Pricing and programming opportunities, providing feedback to the Region Sales Director/Manager or Commercial Sales Manager, to build a strategy around them and work with the distributor to execute
  • Identify event opportunities in your area that will translate national programs into successful local activation through product sampling, event partnerships, and on-premise & off-premise activations
  • Align with the Region Sales Director/Manager, Commercial Sales Managers, and field Marketing Specialists to support activations, merchandising, and sales blitzes in your area
  • Develop relationships with on-premise managers, off-premise managers, operations managers, and distributor sales and marketing departments
  • Ride-alongs’ s with distributors to help with sales support and ensure the proper BeatBox brand selling story
  • Adherence to CRM Platform for ALL in-market store visits achieving monthly (160), quarterly (480), and annual goals (1,760), set for, but not limited to sales, distribution, displays, and shelf space
  • Visit an average of 40 accounts per week or a minimum monthly total of 160 accounts monthly.  Goal April- Sept. 60% Chain 40% Independent Oct.- March 50% Chain 50% Independent
  • Daily / Weekly recaps to be delivered to respective distributor and Region Manager/Director

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ sales experience in the beverage alcoholic industry preferred
  • Experience working as a distributor or supplier preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Existing relationships with key chain and independent accounts preferred
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary, a start-up company in hyper-growth mode
