Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service
  • Effective via phone, SMS, and email communication channels
  • Situational adaptability - demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios
  • Committed and not afraid of putting yourself out there
  • Desire to develop influencing skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess an excellent spirit and are excited to prove, not to others, but to yourself, what you are capable of
  • Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team
