Summary
Join Blue Coding as a Sales Representative to work with one of their US clients providing end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services. This high-volume role involves inbound and outbound outreach, meeting sales activity goals, closing sales by identifying customer needs, and collaborating with other teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service
- Effective via phone, SMS, and email communication channels
- Situational adaptability - demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios
- Committed and not afraid of putting yourself out there
- Desire to develop influencing skills
- Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
- Possess an excellent spirit and are excited to prove, not to others, but to yourself, what you are capable of
- Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team
- Meet daily and monthly sales activity goals
