Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-booked warm leads to close high-ticket sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly
  • Monitor your sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets
  • Log call data and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Provide actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback
