Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a commission-only or entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to source, prospect, and close your own leads independently
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, calls, etc.) and client-facing interactions
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source your own leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales targets and consistently bring in new business
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment services is a plus
  • Experience selling to the medical industry is a plus
