Sales Representative

Summary

Join Floral Image North America as a Customer Sales Representative in Dallas, TX! This full-time position offers an annual salary of $50,000 plus commission & bonus opportunities. As a CSR, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base while working remotely with occasional travel within the Dallas region.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques
• Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
