Requirements
- Desire to build something big and set ambitious goals with experience working in high-growth start-ups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for engaging with people
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field, preferably in B2C
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in user acquisition or engagement
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with prospective customers through various channels (social media, email, in-app messaging) to drive league sales and registrations
- Make cold contacts and generate new business opportunities by outbound strategies
- Provide personalized recommendations to help users find pickup games, leagues, or tournaments that match their preferences
- Build and nurture relationships with individual users, fostering a loyal community of sports enthusiasts
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and adapt sales strategies according to the type of customer
- Gather customer feedback to improve the overall experience and contribute to product development
- Stay informed about the latest sports trends and events to better serve the community and provide relevant updates to users
Preferred Qualifications
- Passionate about sports and community building is a plus!
- Experience working with mobile apps or in the sports or fitness industry is a bonus
