Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within online training, eLearning, EdTech, or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of Project Management, Agile, DevOps, AI, CRM, ERP, Machine Learning, and Data Science (or a willingness to quickly learn key concepts and trends)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, build a sales pipeline, and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and networking
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners, training departments, and corporate decision-makers
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct online demos and presentations to showcase our training solutions, customize approaches based on client needs, and emphasize the value of our training programs
  • Market Research & Feedback Collection: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to contribute to continuous improvement of our course offerings and strategies
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, align messaging, and participate in promotional events, webinars, and online marketing campaigns
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities, prepare regular performance reports, and provide accurate forecasts to support business growth
