Summary

Join Trackman Golf's successful sales team in Australia as a Sales Representative! You will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services, focusing on golf coaches, club fitters, and other industry professionals. The role requires consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-driven approach. Territory will be based on candidate location, preferably NSW, QLD, or WA. Compensation includes a fixed salary, performance-based commissions, and a bonus plan. Extensive training and continuous coaching are provided, with work primarily from a home office and significant travel.

Requirements

  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Fluent in English and already living in Australia
  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience
  • Own car with full driver’s license
  • Higher education in technology, business, or marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships easily
  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
  • Manage your own time effectively and efficiently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Consider other’s views and demonstrate listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis
  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities
  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
  • Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching Pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges and other golf client segments
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in WA, QLD or NSW
  • Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer
  • A strong network in the local golf industry
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM system
