Summary
Join Trackman Golf Southeast Asia's sales team and become a Trackman Representative, demonstrating and selling Trackman products and services in Malaysia. You will generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, ensure customer satisfaction, prepare proposals, and provide training and support. The role requires consultative sales experience, fluency in English, and a strong communication style. The position offers a competitive compensation plan including a fixed salary, commissions, and bonuses, along with extensive training and the flexibility of working from a home office.
Requirements
- Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Fluent in English and already living in Malaysia
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience
- Own car with full driver’s license
- Higher education in technology, business, or marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consider other’s views and demonstrate listening skills
Responsibilities
- Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis
- Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities
- Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
- Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching Pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges and other golf client segments
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
- Proposal preparation and order administration
- Customer training and 1st level support
- Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops
- Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
- Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer
- A strong network in the local golf industry
- Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
- Advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM system
