Summary

Join TheFork, a leading restaurant booking platform, as a remote Business Development Representative, preferably based in North England (Leeds). You will proactively contact restaurants to sell TheFork's products and services, including its booking app and management software. Responsibilities include cold-calling, scheduling meetings, presenting products, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with B2B sales experience in the restaurant industry, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Requirements

  • Be a self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets
  • Be a customer-oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging people
  • Be a high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments, comfortable in managing short-term negotiations
  • Be a dynamic person, used to working independently in fast-paced environments and with great organizational skills
  • Be a curious and willing-to-learn enthusiast who wants to grow and improve with us

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners or managers
  • Present TheFork products and services
  • Propose and sell TheFork products and services, including promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions
  • Engage with restaurant managers to help them understand the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager and TheFork network
  • Follow up with prospects until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B experience
  • Experience in restaurants/hospitality environments
