This 6-month contract role will have you partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to source sales candidates. You will be responsible for building a high-velocity recruiting engine, developing creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring candidate profile calibration. Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for sales and/or GTM
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
- Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
- Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
Responsibilities
- Partner with our GTM Recruiters and hiring teams to source both volume and non-volume sales candidates (mainly, Sales and Business Development Representatives and Account Executives)
- Take full responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates at the βtop-of-funnelβ in each of the searches and pipelines that you support
- Learn the Dandy talent bar and how to identify competitive candidate profiles
- Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder
- Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their team's needs
- Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview process
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for both high-volume and niche roles
- Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent
