Sales Specialist

Join Valatam as a Bilingual Sales Specialist (Remote)! This role involves high-volume outbound calls to secure donations, following tailored scripts, and conducting market research. You will need at least 3 years of sales experience, C1/C2 English and Spanish fluency, and a college degree. The position is remote, but requires a quiet home office setup meeting specific technical requirements. Requirements

• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative
• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
• Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential donors and secure donations
• Follow a tailored script and adapt communication strategies based on donor profiles
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
