Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and an advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive, highly organized, tenacious, handle many different topics at the same time and flexible in your approach, with an enthusiasm for the furniture and commercial interior design sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use complex ordering systems
• Knowledge of contract furniture industry
• Technically minded
• Able to correctly specify large projects
• Strong mathematic skills and understanding of margins

Responsibilities

• Support our sales managers in all sales-related matters
• Create offers, enter orders and process them independently
• Support our customers on the phone and handle their inquiries
• Create plans, presentations and design concepts for customers
• Help with sales in our showroom and maintain the project and customer data
