Requirements
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records of partner and customer interactions, sales activities, and order progress
- Prepare quotations and respond promptly to requests for service from partners and customers
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners and customers, addressing their needs and providing support to ensure satisfaction and mutual success
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Foster a solution-focused culture within the team, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Continually improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Process orders in Netportal to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales support activities
- Provide support to the Sales Team in their efforts to drive sales and achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications industry is preferred
