Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or client engagement role, with a strong track record of selling marketing or creative services
- Excellent communication skills, clear, persuasive, and confident, both on calls and in writing
- Strong understanding of marketing services and agency-client dynamics
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote team
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Conduct intro/discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and marketing goals
- Clearly articulate our offerings and how we can support their objectives
- Build strong rapport and trust from the first conversation
- Assist with outbound outreach efforts, including identifying potential leads, researching target companies, and creating tailored outreach messages
- Follow up with warm leads and support ongoing communication to move prospects through the pipeline
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales playbooks, pitch decks, and outreach frameworks
- Share feedback from the field to improve messaging and targeting
- Keep all sales activities up to date in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on pipeline status and conversion metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage agency
- Understanding of lead generation and demand marketing strategies
