Join E2open's sales team as a Sales Team Lead - Mid Market, a remote position based in Europe. This role blends individual sales responsibilities with team leadership. You will manage your own sales quota, focusing on new business and account expansion, while simultaneously coaching and developing a team of sales professionals. As a 'Player/Coach,' you'll drive revenue growth and mentor your team to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience within the supply chain management domain and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Prior leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions in the supply chain management domain
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, including renewal and upsell business
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed personal sales targets, driving new logo acquisition, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities capable of exceeding assigned quota
- Design and execute effective strategies for renewals, upsell, and churn mitigation, ensuring long-term client relationships and revenue growth
- Lead negotiations and contract execution in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales team (3 direct reports), helping them to hit their quotas and prepare for future opportunities within the company
- Regularly review sales team performance, providing guidance and support on key deals, processes, and client interactions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a leadership or coaching role, guiding a team to achieve collective goals is desirable, but not essential
