Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales with a proven track record of success; experience in leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies and consultative selling
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

  • Scheduling: from Monday to Friday, form 9 AM till 6 PM (Indonesia time zone)
