Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for follow-up discussions or meetings with potential clients
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure availability and preparedness for meetings
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Track interactions and follow-up activities with clients and prospects
  • Ensure all data entries are complete and error-free
