Summary
Join NeuraFlash as an Enterprise Account Executive and become a key player in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to account management, working closely with the VP of Sales and CEO. This role requires 8-10 years of enterprise software sales experience, a proven track record of success in selling to large service accounts, and strong Salesforce expertise. You will partner with various internal teams and Salesforce organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Requirements
- 8-10 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts
- Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations
- Experience selling complex technology solutions
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion to succeed and drive the company forward
- B.A./B.S. degree
Responsibilities
- Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers
- Tightly partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including: Core AE’s and SE’s, CPQ/Service Cloud/Einstein AE’s, and SE’s
- Be a leader at NeuraFlash by being the “quarterback” with our customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction maintaining and growing our strong brand
- Be a quota-carrying top sales performer focused on new logos who is looking to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and high growth targets
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities
- Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlash’s customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses
- Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Any experience selling into the following industries is a plus: Financial Services (FINS), Health and Life Sciences (HLS), and/or Manufacturing (MAE)
