Summary
Join Mitratech's AssureHire team as an Account Executive and contribute to the development and sales of next-generation employment screening solutions. This role focuses on procuring, developing, and closing pre-employment background screening leads. You will conduct product demos, develop key account strategies, and manage the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience selling technical software in a B2B environment, a proven track record of success, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience selling technical software in a business-to-business environment
- Consistent quota achiever
- Intelligent with solid acumen in business matters
- Strong communication skills with exceptional telephone sales skills
- Be extremely self-motivated, thorough, highly organized and have a complete understanding of the selling process
- Have a proven track record of success that includes prospecting, qualifying, and identifying the customer's needs
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Productive follow up on sales leads to cultivate and generate revenue
- Conduct demoβs for prospects to educate the buyer on the value of AssureHire solution
- Account development, including contact qualification, engagement and discovery
- Attend trade shows to help generate leads
- Manage and accurately report on inbound lead pipeline within territory
