Summary

Join NeuraFlash as an Account Executive and become a key player in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to account management, working closely with the VP of Sales and CEO. This role requires 5-10 years of enterprise software sales experience, particularly within the financial services sector, and proven success selling complex technology solutions. You will partner with internal teams and Salesforce organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and leverage new market opportunities. The position offers a remote or in-person work option with flexibility and a collaborative team environment. Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large financial services accounts
  • Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
  • Experience with Salesforce, selling end to end implementations
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions
  • Strong executive presence
  • Customer facing communication skills
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion to succeed and drive the company forward
  • B.A./B.S. degree

Responsibilities

  • Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers
  • Tightly partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including Core AE’s & SE’s, CPQ/Service Cloud/Einstein AE’s and SE’s in the Financial Services EBU/CBU organization
  • Be a leader at NeuraFlash by being the “quarterback” with our customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction maintaining and growing our strong brand
  • Be a quota carrying top sales performer focused on new logos who is looking to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and high growth targets
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities
  • Commitment to hard work, positive attitude, and continued learning
  • Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlash’s customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications
