Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a business environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and modern UI components
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including automation (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), reporting, and permission sets
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party solutions
- A keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and a passion for process improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills β able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Native or C1 level English proficiency
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support, troubleshooting, and administrative requests across the organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tailored Salesforce configurations
- Configure and maintain key platform features including user management, security settings, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and more
- Design and build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business leaders
- Support data quality efforts through imports, exports, de-duplication, cleansing, and ongoing maintenance using tools such as Data Loader or Workbench
- Optimize system functionality by identifying and resolving performance issues and recommending improvements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively apply new features where they add value
- Deliver user training and create documentation for onboarding, platform changes, and best practices
- Partner with Salesforce developers and external vendors when needed to support more complex customizations and integrations
- Maintain process documentation and ensure the Salesforce environment is secure, compliant, and audit-ready
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
- Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce platformβs evolving capabilities, and bring recommendations to the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with platforms like NetSuite, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments or other fast-paced, high-growth companies
- Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus
