Summary
Join Broadvoice as a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator and play a vital role in enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of user and license management, Salesforce configuration changes, and proactive system maintenance. This role requires strong Salesforce product knowledge, at least 2+ years of hands-on experience, and specific Trailhead badges. You will work closely with stakeholders, translating technical information into layman's terms. Requirements
- Possess strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Have Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Hold a Bachelorβs/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Maintain a proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Design scalable, best practice solutions
- Possess excellent relationship-building skills
- Have the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
- Have experience in change management and governance
- Be able to train end users and key stakeholders
- Create technical documentation
- Be available and responsive to questions
- Have experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Be proficient with English, writing and talking
- Have experience working with other tools like Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Handle Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Manage sandbox environment
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Address user support tickets
- Create technical documentation
- Work with integrated applications including Forms Assembly, HubSpot and Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Be a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Hold additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
- Demonstrate continued personal/professional development
- Be active in the Salesforce community
