Requirements

  • Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Experience : 2–4 years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, including user management, automation (Flow/Process Builder), and reporting
  • Experience : Hands-on experience with data migration, deduplication, and governance frameworks
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts) and integrations (APIs, CRM connectors)
  • Technical Skills : Strong SQL/data transformation skills (ETL tools like Informatica or Talend)
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for advanced reporting
  • Fluency English

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce & HubSpot System Administration & Process Optimization
  • User & License Management : Configure roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings (e.g., OWD, sharing rules) to align with organizational structure
  • Process Automation : Design and maintain Flows, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules to streamline sales/marketing operations
  • Integration Management : Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo) to ensure seamless data flow
  • System Upgrades & Audits : Monitor Salesforce releases, perform sandbox testing, and implement updates with minimal disruption
  • Data Quality & Governance
  • Data Cleansing : Regularly audit and deduplicate records; enforce data standardization rules (e.g., picklist validation, required fields)
  • Data Migration : Lead ETL processes for importing/exporting data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Data Security : Collaborate with IT/security teams to enforce GDPR/CCPA compliance and monitor access controls
  • Data Warehousing & TransformationUnified
  • Data Architecture : Design data models in Salesforce (e.g., custom objects, relationships) and integrate with external warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) for holistic insights
  • Data Cloud Implementation : Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud (if applicable) to unify customer data from siloed sources into actionable profiles
  • Business Insights & Advanced Reporting
  • Dashboard Development : Build dynamic dashboards and reports in Salesforce/Tableau to track KPIs like conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI
  • Predictive Analytics : Use Salesforce Einstein Analytics to forecast trends and identify bottlenecks
  • Pipeline Intelligence & Strategic Enablement
  • Pipeline Hygiene : Implement automation to flag stale opportunities, track stage durations, and prioritize high-value deals
  • Sales Process Optimization : Partner with RevOps to refine lead scoring, territory management, and quota alignment
  • AI-Driven Insights : Configure Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Einstein GPT) to surface actionable recommendations for sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Certifications : Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant
  • HubSpot Expertise : Experience managing HubSpot-Salesforce syncs and marketing automation workflows
  • AI/ML Exposure : Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein or generative AI use cases for pipeline analytics
