Requirements

• Salesforce Architecture Expertise – Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce ecosystems and improving system layers and integrations
• Technical Acumen – Proficiency with REST APIs, JavaScript, a typed language (e.g., Java, Python, APEX), SQL, JSON, and reporting tools
• Problem-Solving with Empathy – Ability to connect user needs to smart, scalable systems—balancing efficiency and usability

Responsibilities

• Own & Optimize Our Business Systems Stack – Evaluate, implement, and refine enterprise tools that align with business priorities
• Lead Key System Rebuilds – Overhaul critical infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee) to support performance, scalability, and user experience
• Ensure Platform Stability – Define and enforce testing, monitoring, and exception-handling best practices
• Drive Adoption & Training – Enable internal teams to fully leverage tools via documentation, training, and support
• Build Smart Integrations – Architect and manage high-impact system integrations to ensure clean data flow and automation across teams
• Manage Vendors & Licensing – Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage renewals strategically
