Summary

You will lead key system rebuilds of critical infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee), ensuring platform stability and driving adoption through training and documentation. This role requires building smart integrations, managing vendors and licensing, and leveraging your expertise in Salesforce architecture and technical skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, strategic vision, resilience, and a team-first mentality. This is a remote US-based position.
Requirements
- Salesforce Architecture Expertise – Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce ecosystems and improving system layers and integrations
- Technical Acumen – Proficiency with REST APIs, JavaScript, a typed language (e.g., Java, Python, APEX), SQL, JSON, and reporting tools
- Problem-Solving with Empathy – Ability to connect user needs to smart, scalable systems—balancing efficiency and usability
- Strategic Vision + Execution – Comfortable thinking long-term while acting decisively in the short term
- Resilience in Ambiguity – You thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate complexity with resourcefulness

Responsibilities
- Own & Optimize Our Business Systems Stack – Evaluate, implement, and refine enterprise tools that align with business priorities
- Lead Key System Rebuilds – Overhaul critical infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee) to support performance, scalability, and user experience
- Ensure Platform Stability – Define and enforce testing, monitoring, and exception-handling best practices
- Drive Adoption & Training – Enable internal teams to fully leverage tools via documentation, training, and support
- Build Smart Integrations – Architect and manage high-impact system integrations to ensure clean data flow and automation across teams
- Manage Vendors & Licensing – Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage renewals strategically
