Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Lead data migration and consolidation efforts to ensure accurate and seamless transitions across systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure Salesforce adherence to compliance standards and best practices, including security and privacy policies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
- QA Salesforce administrator releases
- Mentor administrator and analyst, fostering skill growth within the team
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent preferred
