Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Lead data migration and consolidation efforts to ensure accurate and seamless transitions across systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure Salesforce adherence to compliance standards and best practices, including security and privacy policies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
• QA Salesforce administrator releases
• Mentor administrator and analyst, fostering skill growth within the team

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent preferred
