Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce development
- 4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- 4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Data Migration
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployments
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Define and implement system architecture, best practices, and coding standards
- Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving
- Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability
- Lead Salesforce Data Migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security
- Manage team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking resolution
- Define and propose improvements in CI/CD configurations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions
- Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and share knowledge with the team
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of AWS: DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, and Lambda
