Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Have 8+ years of experience optimizing the Salesforce platform, retiring tech debt, fine-tuning managed apps, governor limits, and performance
  • Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, assignment rules, and more)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures
  • Have experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
  • Possess knowledge of Integration/Middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Workato
  • Hold Salesforce.com Platform Architect, Developer & Designer certifications
  • Be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

Responsibilities

  • Possess 10+ years of experience as a Technical Salesforce Architect, working in IT or a consulting role responsible for driving CRM solution architecture for clients
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of best-in-breed CRM applications, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation Applications, Forecasting Systems, Bookings and Commissions, Salesforce CPQ, and Financialforce
  • Exhibit a clear understanding of the entire sales cycle, encompassing Top, Middle, and Bottom of the funnel
  • Display familiarity with Consumption Based business models and their impact on CRM applications
  • Possess expertise in designing new solutions using Salesforce customizations and demonstrate expertise in designing data flow and architecture diagrams
  • Employ a business use case driven approach to develop solutions that are functionally and technically feasible
  • Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations while assisting with the existing technology portfolio by proposing improvements and alternatives
  • Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to conceptualize and sell ideas internally and attain win-win outcomes
  • Showcase excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, handling fluctuating requirements and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Maintain a strong customer service mentality while being curious, methodical, rational, analytical, and logical
