Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant in the commercial real estate industry
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects, with a focus on optimizing processes for commercial real estate workflows
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning , specializing in applications for commercial real estate operations and Experience Cloud implementations
• Proven ability to gather client requirements within the commercial real estate sector and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, leveraging Experience Cloud features
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management, particularly in the context of commercial real estate databases and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues faced by commercial real estate clients
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for liaising with commercial real estate stakeholders and team members

Responsibilities

Experience with Salesforce platform and its customization capabilities, specifically tailored to the needs of commercial real estate clients, with a focus on Experience Cloud solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder, are a plus, with a preference for those with relevance to commercial real estate applications and Experience Cloud expertise
