Summary
Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing digital product engineering company, as a Salesforce Consultant. You will advise clients on Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), analyze, design, and implement cross-platform features, and lead workshops. Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud) implementation and consulting
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies and architecture, including connected systems and integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform capabilities
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design scalable solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
Responsibilities
- Take over the consultant role on engagements and advise customers on the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
- Analyze, design & implement cross-platform features around Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud including connected systems and help our clients to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform
- Summarize and drive complex statements toward resolution including varying groups of client stakeholders up to C-level
- Lead workshops with customers
- Evaluate the techno-functional realization of customer requirements
- Be responsible for the design and the implementation process
- Act as an interface between customers and our development teams
- Contribute to internal practice development activities, such as mentoring, recruiting, business development, marketing, pre-sales activities, and many other activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Passion for learning and contributing to team and organizational growth
