The role involves analyzing customer requirements, ensuring optimal application performance, using Salesforce APIs, developing custom solutions, maintaining code documentation, and managing workload.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
• Platform Developer 1 Certification
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Apex development experience
• Experience in developing batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and queueable classes
• Lightning Web Components / Aura components development experience
• Experience in implementing Partner/ Customer Community (Experience Cloud)
• Experience in REST API, building callouts, REST Resources and Connected APPS
• Good at English reading/ writing and acceptable English verbal

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design solutions
• Ensure optimal performance of the application to specifications
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Maintain code documentation, and write/ maintain test classes for all custom development
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
• Proactively manage workload, feeding back regularly in the event of any delay or change to delivery time-frame or scope of work

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer are a plus
