Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred (Platform Developer I and II preferred)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs
• Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytic tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance when necessary
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks preferred
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CLI
