Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce development, administration, engineering, or architecture
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and develop efficient solutions
• Proactivity and involvement in the business, with a focus on creating functional and streamlined processes
• Ability to work full-time according to project needs
• Sr level with enough autonomy and responsibility to carry out requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce modules, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, to meet the needs of end customers and internal clients
• Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems
• Collaborate closely with client teams, including Team Leads and Junior Developers
• Participate in weekly sprints, understanding tasks, negotiating timelines, and meeting deadlines
