Requirements
- Extensive relevant experience in Sales Operations at a senior management level preferably in a matrix organization
- Solid financial/analytical background with an operationally mindset
- Experience working in technology and ideally including SaaS companies
- Exceptional business partnering and relationships skills
- Strong coordination and presentation skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize, problem-solver mindset
- Encompasses the 5 Cβs of Creativity, Critical thinking, Curiosity, Communication and Collaboration
- High energy, organized, disciplined execution skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and change driven environment
- Proficient with CRM management and other relevant sales automation and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Group Vice President & General Manager of EMEA South and their management team to drive strategy and business results
- Following guidance received from EMEA drives all facets of the multi-year planning process including assessment of the specific market opportunity, sales resource allocation, territory and quota assignment, and appropriate alignment between the different functions within the area
- Build a management cadence and rhythm of the business rigor leveraging analysis of trends and performance that resulting in predictability, accountability, accuracy and improved decision making
- Lead and drive all operational aspects of the function including Forecast Reviews and accuracy, Pipeline Reviews and key initiatives performance
- Implement comprehensive pipeline reporting tracking from top of funnel to customer value realization, account development and retention
- Enable the salesforce to adopt winning behaviors by reinforcing training and access to sales content and assets
- Ensure best practice implementation and operational excellence across entire function
- Work collaboratively to deploy technology and automate key processes to increase the amount of time that sellers spend with customers and partners
- Participate in cross functional initiatives to transform and streamline processes to drive improved sales productivity and velocity
