Summary
Join Madison Avenue Consulting as a Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations. You will lead discovery sessions, collaborate with stakeholders, and configure Salesforce solutions using NPSP and NPC. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, guiding clients through system transitions, and delivering training. This remote position requires 3-5 years of Salesforce consulting experience with nonprofits, proficiency in NPSP/NPC, and strong technical and soft skills. The salary range is $90,000-$140,000, and benefits include health and dental insurance, PTO, a company laptop, an equipment stipend, FSAs, paid holidays, and access to a 401(k). Occasional travel may be required, with a preference for candidates in EST or CST time zones.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on nonprofit organizations
- Proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and/or Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
- Familiarity with nonprofit-specific processes, including program management, donor management, and fundraising
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with transitioning organizations from legacy systems to modern Salesforce environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to design practical, innovative solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with nonprofit clients to gather requirements and assess organizational needs
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline program management, fundraising, and donor workflows
- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Guide clients through transitions from legacy systems to modern Salesforce platforms
- Deliver training and resources to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating nonprofit organizations about Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Maintain open communication with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and success
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for candidates in EST or CST time zones
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements
