Requirements

• QA and Automation Proficiency
• 3–5 years of QA experience on Salesforce.com projects
• Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and API
• 2–4 years working with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebdriverIO
• Deep understanding of white box, black box, and regression testing
• Strong grasp of test planning and execution best practices
• Proficient with tools like Jira, qTest, or Zephyr for incident management
• AI-Driven QA
• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance testing accuracy and speed
• Experience designing test cases using intelligent tools like Cusory AI
• Ability to continuously evaluate and adopt the latest in QA tech stack
• Technical and Analytical Mindset
• Experience in manual testing for UI/UX validation and design standard checks
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing plans aligned with real-world business processes, ensuring that our Salesforce-based solutions meet the highest standards of performance and design
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools like Playwright and AI-assisted testing methods to drive efficient and scalable testing outcomes
• Dive into Salesforce Apex test case creation using intelligent automation
• Partner with Implementation teams and Developers to uphold quality across the SDLC—from development to post-implementation support
• Work in an innovation-first culture that encourages the use of emerging technologies
• Stay ahead of the curve with AI, automation, and Salesforce developments

Preferred Qualifications

• Billing, CPQ, and eCommerce domain knowledge
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with SQL and data reporting tools
