Summary
Join Trustpilot as a Salesforce QA and become part of a creative team focused on ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our systems. You will conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes, identify and resolve issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain test environments. Continuous improvement of testing processes is key to this role.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Have proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end testing and UAT
- Possess hands-on experience testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways (e.g., GoCardless, Stripe)
- Demonstrate a full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Have experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes
- Show familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Have good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce software Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Zuora, and payment gateways to verify functionality, data integrity, and system integration
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system requirements and business processes
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user requirements and business requirements
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage
- Identify, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and ensure timely resolution with development teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide testing updates and gather feedback
- Maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing activities
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Architect Journey: Development Lifecycle and Deployment)
- Have experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI) and scripting languages (e.g., SQK, SOQL, Apex Python, JavaScript)
- Possess knowledge of Zuora billing and subscription management platform
- Show familiarity with APIs and web services testing
- Have experience working in a SaaS environment or with subscription-based business models
