Quality Analyst (Sales)

Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Quality Analyst (Sales) in Manila and report to the Manager of Revenue Operations. Collaborate with the go-to-market team to support and optimize sales processes. Review and assess sales calls using Gong, record observations, and develop expertise in Gong and Salesforce to identify performance patterns. Contribute to reporting and data visualization for strategic decision-making. Provide weekly insights to sales leadership and conduct ad-hoc analysis to address business needs. Requirements

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets at a beginner to intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs)
• Familiar with basic data analysis and report generation
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, or other CRMs)
• Previous experience in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Review and assess sales calls using our call intelligence platform (Gong)
• Record detailed observations and assess calls based on compliance with established sales processes
• Develop expertise in Gong and Salesforce to identify performance patterns and trends across the sales team
• Contribute to the reporting and visualization of call data to support strategic decision-making
• Provide weekly insights and summaries to Sales Leadership, highlighting trends, key strengths, and areas for improvement
• Conduct ad hoc analysis of call data in Gong and Salesforce to address evolving business needs
• Provide occasional administrative support to the leadership team as required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not needed
