Summary

Join our growing team as a remote Salesforce Consultant/Administrator. We're looking for a people-first culture champion with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud configurations to lead discovery sessions, facilitate solution architecture workshops, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ yearsโ€™ of full-time experience working on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud configurations
  • You do not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week
  • Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems
  • A problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on
  • Salesforce admin certification. Other helpful certifications would be Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II
  • Significant experience working on Salesforce Flows. This includes Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, and Autolaunched Flows
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment with weekly sprints directly with the client
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and solution architecture workshops
  • Serve as point of contact on client projects from initial discovery to solutions implementation to post-go-live support. Listen, understand, and define requirements
  • Perform health checks / Org Assessment of the platform and provide recommendations on design and best practices
  • Translate needs (sometimes unspoken) into technical requirements
  • Build and configure many core areas of Salesforce like flows, custom objects and fields, reports & dashboards, validation rules, and much more
  • Understand API capabilities to integrate in and out of Salesforce
  • Be proactive with clients, finding new solutions that fall into the clientโ€™s โ€˜you donโ€™t know what you donโ€™t knowโ€™ sphere
  • Be able to tackle code-related tasks independently
  • Validate configuration through internal testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing
  • Analyze data, implement data hygiene practices, cleanse data, and import large sets of data
  • Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and open communication
  • Mentor more junior team members on Force.com architecture, Integrations, and Salesforce.com best practices
