Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems) or other relevant area with practical work experience in technology
- At least 2 years of program/project management work experience
- Solid understanding of the product development process
- 5+ years of accumulated work experience
- Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, execution, tracking, reporting and implementation of large scale strategic initiatives on our digital product
- Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Business Functions (Finance, Operations, Customer Service and HR) in high-visibility and high-impact programs that require a heavy amount of coordination and dependency management, being held accountable for the success of the final delivery
- Lead Salesforce deployments in large corporations
- Lead large scope initiatives (80+ people involved)
- Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, driving alignment across all stakeholders on what success looks like for each of your assignments
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate complex strategic goals into executable chunks of work that are easy to understand and track
- De-risk execution by being pragmatic and take calculated risks to drive the program forward
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in working with executive-level (VP+) audiences
- Previous experience in developing large scale customer support and back-office systems
- Previous experience in developing tailored-made CRM solutions
- Previous experience with Salesforce implementation projects
