You will own and optimize marketing automation processes to drive lead generation and enhance customer engagement. You will build and manage marketing automation workflows, implement best practices, and leverage analytics for optimization. Requirements

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, marketing automation, analytics, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred; certification is a plus) and a strong understanding of modern B2B MarTech ecosystems
  • Proficiency in leading analytics and tag management tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience working with APIs and webhooks, either directly or via middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, or N8N
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Zapier
  • Ability to run SQL queries to extract and analyze marketing data
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS for both email marketing and landing page customization
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high data integrity and actionable insights
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical details and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of working with asynchronous communications and accommodating different time zones

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows in Marketo (or similar platforms) for email nurtures, drip campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring
  • Implement best practices for campaign execution, lead generation, and digital customer engagement
  • Support growth marketing initiatives by setting up experiments and ensuring clean, accurate attribution
  • Manage and troubleshoot data flows between platforms, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and attribution
  • Collaborate with web developers to execute and track marketing experiments
  • Develop and refine marketing use cases that leverage analytics tools to optimize campaign performance
  • Support the Data Engineer by running SQL queries to extract and analyze marketing data
  • Ensure full visibility into performance metrics, allowing for better forecasting and strategic adjustments
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions—streamlining marketing processes through automation and GenAI technologies
  • Assist the Head of Marketing Operations with monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
  • Work closely with global team members to share best practices and troubleshoot marketing tools, acting as an evangelist for digital technology across the business
