Summary

Join CoreSphere, LLC as a Salesforce Technical Recruiter to assist with the recruitment of a superior workforce in the Information Technology Industry within the government contracting arena. As an IT Recruiter, you will contribute to the accomplishments of the Human Resources & Mission Support Office practices and objectives to support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in IT industry including Salesforce professionals
  • Ability to adjust and respond to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trends that impact recruiting efforts
  • Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system

Responsibilities

  • Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs
  • Responsible for executing hiring plans while supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Managers/Business Leaders to efficiently fill vacancies, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment
  • Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function to acquire the best talent
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring
  • Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, social networks, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates
  • Preparing status reports and attending staffing meetings, as required on a weekly basis
  • Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system
