Sap Authorization Administrator

Summary

Join Viessmann Climate Solutions as an SAP Authorization Administrator and be responsible for SAP authorization and user management, along with other SAP basis tasks. You will develop and manage SAP roles and users, administer the SAP basis for correction and transport systems, and manage the SAP GUI. You will also serve as the SAP contact for the audit department and external auditors. The ideal candidate possesses a completed degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics or a comparable qualification, along with relevant experience in SAP authorization and user management. Excellent German and English language skills are required. Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration (Bachelor) with a focus on business informatics or a completed vocational training in the field of IT or a similar qualification
• Initial professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of SAP authorization and user management as well as SAP architecture
• Initial experience in the area of SAP basis (transport system, SPAU, SPDD, SAP notes, archiving, etc.) and monitoring
• Negotiation-level German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities

• SAP authorization and user management
• Development and management of SAP roles and users
• Administration/Support of the SAP basis for correction and transport systems, administration of SAP interfaces and analysis of error situations
• Management of SAP GUI
• SAP contact person for the audit department and auditors within the framework of authorization concepts
• Installation of add-ons and third-party software
• Interface to other SAP teams as well as admin tasks in the SAP Support Portal
