Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and management in consulting or professional services
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement ERP solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of hosting client-facing sessions
• Experience in solution selling and pre-sales activities

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP ERP professionals to deliver high-quality solutions
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development
• Utilize your in-depth SAP ERP knowledge to design and oversee project work, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Host engaging chalk-talks and workshops to educate clients on SAP ERP capabilities and best practices
• Work closely with sales teams to articulate the value of our ERP solutions, assisting in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations
• Contribute to the development of strategies for selling ERP solutions as a service, highlighting the benefits and ROI for clients
• Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress and address any technical or team-related challenges that arise

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate)
