Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA)
• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of SAP modules
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on SAP functionalities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Proficiency in Spanish
