SAP Solution Lead, Remote - Sweden

Summary

The job is for a Senior SAP Solution Lead PTP position with 15 years of experience in SAP Procurement and IM/EWM. The role involves developing the digital PTP roadmap, improving processes, evaluating new SAP solutions, and ensuring stakeholder management among other tasks. The position is remote in Sweden for 12 months +, starting asap.

Requirements

• Strong team working and collaboration skills
• Experience in working in agile environments
• Experience working with global initiatives and complex programs
• Strong business competence E2E-process PTP (Procure to Pay)
• Deep understanding of Procurement and Logistic (IM, EWM, QM, TM) processes
• Knowledge about Supplier Master Data (Business Partner concept)
• Understanding of material master fields related to Procurement and Logistic
• Ability to communicate and discuss
• Strategically & together with business create Digital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
• Strong demonstrated technical competence SAP Procurement, IM, EWM, Quality Management, Inventory Management and Analytics Integration of satellite systems like Logility, Coupa, GDW, Advanced Transportation Management
• SAP S/4-HANA (Core knowledge)
• Overall understanding of ERP in general, process & solution dependencies
• SAP Analytical capabilities
• Authorizations, Roles related to Procurement & Logistics Implementation of Serial Number, Batch Management or Product Compliance processes
• Strong technical demonstrated competence of SAP in general

Responsibilities

• Developing the Digital PTP Roadmap together with business
• Improving already established processes together with process experts and business operations
• Evaluating new SAP solutions together with architects & business
• Safeguarding our vision of keeping SAP standard and contribute with your SAP experience on design topics related to PTP
• Ensure understanding of requirements on changes to the current IT landscape, and proposed solution fulfills requirements and generates business value
• Ensure business objectives and needs are understood and well-defined
• Ensure proper level of details in relevant documentation
• Ensure requirements are captured in a way so that they are possible to implement
• Ensure stakeholder management within both business as well as IT
• Proactive change management of requirements to ensure business satisfaction as well as optimizing IT efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience from successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects ideally SAP S/4 Hana
